WHAT WE BUY:
Guns - Hellebuyck's Trading Post is a licensed firearms dealer. We buy guns, entire collections large or small, including ammunition, accessories and most other firearm-related items. If bringing in a handgun to sell, be sure to have your Michigan handgun registration copy with you. We will not buy or trade any handguns without the copy of the owner's registration. Can't find it? Contact your local Sheriff Department, they can provide you a copy.
Edged Weapons - Folding, fixed blade and hunting style knives, leather scabbards/sheaths, axes, hatchets, bayonets, swords, even ice picks.
Military Items - Helmets, field gear, war trophies, equipment, manuals, weapon accessories, photographs, training items, brass shells, flags or other related items.
Antiques/Vintage Items - Furniture, advertising, tools, toys, signs, cabin decor, vintage hunting items, unique items, milk cans, lanterns, radios, cast iron, pulleys, locks and keys, animal mounts/hides and just plain cool stuff we've never seen before.
Private appointments available or we can come to you for larger items/collections.
WHAT WE DON'T BUY:
Glass, chinaware, silverware, books, gold, silver, jewelry, stamps, dolls, modern household items such as appliances, mechanic or yard tools, magazines, LP records, 8-Tracks, cassettes, audio/video DVDs, etc., stuffed animals, modern "limited edition" collectible lines (such as Precious Moments, die-cast cars, tins, etc.), clothes, ephemera (paper collectibles), modern sporting equipment, reloaded ammunition, loose shotgun shells, automobiles, auto parts, power equipment, dining room sets, paintings, craft items, yard sale left-overs, anything in poor condition, etc...
No consignments - Unlike most shops, we do not sell items on consignment and prefer to own our inventory.
Appraisals - We no longer offer appraisals on firearms, antiques or other items.
